Editor: This application makes sure that the encode process is always running.
As real encoder is not known for its stability there are some occasions when the real producer control crashes the sure encode software.
We use WatchDog Timer to monitor the system every 60 seconds.
On each pass it looks through the list of open programs. If the encoder process is missing it will send an alert e-mail to a specified address and try to run the encoder application.
